David's Bridal HEART BACK SEQUIN & TULLE FLOWER GIRL GOWN/WG1390

Davids Bridal Heart shaped cutout dress. Beautiful gold sequins with a layer of tulle on top to keep from scratching/irratating skin. Multiple layers of cream tulle make up the skirt and there's a silk ribbon that ties in the back. Size 12 that fits my 4 foot tall daughter wonderfully with flats or sandals. 
My sisters wedding was postponed to next year and this dress will no longer fit my daughter then. It has been worn around the house and has been dry cleaned. 
There are two small holes(less than 1/4" long but not wide)in the tulle and sequin top. With the sequins underneath it is difficult to see but they are there. The last picture has the holes circled in red.
